Pull, Push!

Going with a shorter duration, anaerobic workout today. Haven't done much overhead work to speak of recently, so today is:

21-15-9 Rep Rounds of

  • 225lb Deadlift
  • 135lb Push-press

Go hard, go fast, be careful.

Good workout today. I got to the gym a bit earlier than Justin today, and I'm sure the longer warm-up was what allowed me to DESTROY him on this workout.

I bow in awe of your complete and utter anhiliation of me at this workout.

It's funny, I was actually thinking on the way to the gym, "this should go a little faster than Diane did." I guess it's the shorter ROM of the hspu or the slower nature of them, but I'd take Diane any day over THIS crap.
