Indecision…

After struggling for far too long to come up with a good workout, we threw our hands up and decided SCREW IT! HEAVY DEADLIFTS!!

Bit off my PR for this workout, but not by much. That bar got damn heavy & really seemed to want to stay on the floor today. Oh well.

Nevermind. Checked the results from last time and I tied my previous PR for a 3 rep set. I had 395 x 3 in my mind for some reason. Ah, I feel slightly better now.

Just like last time (may 09), I may have started a little low. I should start no lower than 245 next time.

I did better than last time, but I don't think that I've gotten much stronger since then. I just pushed myself more. Today's max was definitely harder to lift as compared to last max.
