  • Power Cleans - 135 lbs
  • Weighted Pull-Ups - 35 lbs

Results
Seth - DNF: 10,9,8,7 rep rounds, no pull-ups, ~12 min
James - DNF, 10-5 rep rds in 29:36, sub 135# squats

I don't know what my deal is, but I haven't had any energy the last couple days.
