I've tried today's workout three times. I've failed miserably three times. Maybe the fourth time's the charm for:
Bear Cub" - Five rounds for time of:
15 Deadlifts - 135 lbs
12 Hang power cleans - 135 lbs
9 Front Squats - 135 lbs
6 Push Jerks - 135 lbs
Results:
James: 22:34, sub 95 lbs
Seth: 20:01, sub 115 lbs

I finally finished! It took me using a pansy weight to do it, but it was still tough. My back wasn't too happy with me doing deadlifts with such small plates. I had to bend down way too far!
That was a reality check. Skipping as often as I have lately will lead to some atrophy.
20:01 (so close to my 20 min goal) at 115#.
Yes, I scaled it today.
