Bar hatred

Picking up the barbell in the later rounds is going to test your willpower.

"Bear Cub" - Five rounds for time of:
  • 15 Deadlifts - 135 lbs
  • 12 Hang power cleans - 135 lbs
  • 9 Front Squats - 135 lbs
  • 6 Push Jerks - 135 lbs

Results:
  • Laura - 21:35, sub 65# bar
  • Seth - 25:15, as Rx'd
  • Jason - alternate workout, see comments

i have SS deadlifts and squats tomorrow so i just did some misc junk today:

3 rds of:
8 155# power clean
8 dead hang pull-ups
8 90# DB swings
8 paralette handstand push-ups

21:42. the PCs were nearly more than i could handle and ate up all my time. fun though.

Exact same result as the last attempt. It took everything I had in that last round; didn't think I had a chance to get close to last time.
Seemed like there were at least 3 too many reps of each exercise. Lots of broken sets.
