Upping the Rx

The prescription hasn't actually changed since the last time we did this, but body weight has. Guess that means heavier dead lifts.

"Christine" - 3 Rounds for time:
  • 500 M row - Sub 50 45# SDLHP
  • 12 Deadlifts - bodyweight
  • 21 Box Jumps

Results:
  • Jason - 16:19, SDLHPs, 165# DLs, 18" box
  • Jennifer - 15:48, 20# SDLHPs, 50# DLs, 12" box
  • Seth - 19:16, SDLHPs, 205# DLs, 24" box

16:19. sub'd SDLHPs. 165# DLs (weight loss much?) and mere 18" step for jumps. that's a lot of SDLHPs, mang.

Intended to load the DL w/ 215#, but forgot the 5's; I'm sure glad I did. All those SDLHP had my back killing me by round 2.
Not a good showing, but I finished.
I must be getting older: forgetful w/ aching back. Ugh.
