Crunch time...


This is the last day of the burpee challenge, so lets finish the week with this little kick in the pants.

10 Rounds for Time:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-Ups

i did half of this and then just finished my burpees...

day 1 - 0
day 2 - 20
day 3 - 90
day 4 - 190
day 5 - 200
total: 500

i do not recommend being lazy at the beginning...it doesn't pay off in the end...at all.

Good job Jason! That's a whole lotta burpees those last 2 days.

I didn't get a chance to workout on Friday before the 8:00 deadline, but made up the workout today. Did the 120 + another 15 for good measure.
