Found this little gem in the CrossFit comments some time ago, but have yet to attempt it. This seems to be as good a day as any given the week's burpee challenge. Prepare yourselves to face the:

And now for a rant:
I hung up the rings from the pull-up bar with the intention of doing the 30 muscle ups on them. A couple of warm up reps caused a change of plans. Rings too high on the first attempt, had to duck the bar to complete the rep. Lowered them, but it's hard to kip with your knees touching the floor. A few 4 letter words later, I chose to go with bar muscle ups instead.
Then, half-way through the muscle up portion of the workout, it hit me. "Thirty muscle ups? That's a full WOD in itself. This is insanity."
Good times.
Well, I'm in training this week downtown and took the opportunity to visit another downtown gym and was... less than impressed.
Downtown athletic club, while I'm sure is very convenient and perfect for some people's needs, is not at all conducive to crossfit.
There was no room to do many of the exercises in the workout, so I ended up just doing 10 rounds of 10 double-unders and 10 burpees. I had to do this the only place I could find room, which was on the balcony... outside... in the sun.
It sucked.
