Not too far off last time. Did too much dicking around trying to be clever with my reps/rest scheme. Lesson learned.
Good job of getting a workout in while on vacation. What was the strategy, btw?
Tabata pull-ups using the gymboss (Thanks Seth.)
10 push-ups, 10 deep breaths x 10
10 situps, 5 deep breaths x 10
75 squats, 5 deep breaths, 25 squats.
Should have just gone all out for a near max set out of the gate on each of the exercises. I know I can get 30 pull-ups in a single set, but instead it took me almost 6 intervals, or 3 minutes, to get the first 30. Same story with the push-ups and sit-ups.
Oh well. I still got sweaty and tired.
Interesting.
Probably a bit long on the rest periods for this type of workout. Wonder if a shorter work/rest cycle scheme would be effective.
We need to do work in some Tabata intervals some time.
I needed to do more pull-up and push-ups after last night and this looked like fun.
The pull-ups were the hardest.
