Pressed for time again today, sorry. Today's WOD is


7 rounds for time of:

  • 7 Pull-ups
  • 7 Thrusters @ 2x25lb DB
  • 7 Burpees
  • 7 Ring dips
  • 7 Push-ups
  • 7 Double-unders

Jason - 32:01, subs 2xbar dips for ring dips, tuck jumps for double-unders

for some reason burpees have a knack for completely devouring my will to live, let alone to workout. yes, even in 7s.
