Monday – Total Death… (repeat 5/1)

Last did this one on May 1st. I weigh 10lbs more now than I did then, but we're going to stick with the weights we used last time to gauge progress.


Total Death

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds for time of:

Deadlift 1 1/2 BW 235lbs
Back Squat 1 1/4 BW 195lbs
Shoulder Press 3/4 BW 115lbs
