Why would you windmill?

Yes, Turkish Get-Ups are tough enough already, but adding a windmill into each rep is just too much fun. It's been long enough since last time to almost forget just how much fun these can be.

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
12 Turkish Getup-mills - 35# DB (6 each side)
12 Ring Dips
12 Walking Lunge Steps - 50# DB each hand (6 steps per leg)

RESULTS
Justin - 3 rounds + 2 TGU-mills
Seth - 4 rounds + 2 TGU-mills

The TGU-mills seemed easier this time around. I did a better job of rotating my shoulder and stabilize the weight during the windmill part. Still left me sweating buckets, though.
Good times.

AND got some much needed stretching of the p-chain. Man, after yesterday's deadlifts and squats, I'm still sore. The TGU-mills are definitely lower intensity, but grinding them out in those numbers leaves you pouring sweat. Good work today.
