Pressed for time… (late post)

I was on a truncated schedule yesterday, so I got in a halfass workout. It was:


 

12-10-8-6-4-2 rep rounds for time

  • 165lb Bench press
  • 135lb power clean
  • 225lb deadlift


 

Kinda weak sauce, but hey, better than nothing.
