I was on a truncated schedule yesterday, so I got in a halfass workout. It was:
12-10-8-6-4-2 rep rounds for time
- 165lb Bench press
- 135lb power clean
- 225lb deadlift
Kinda weak sauce, but hey, better than nothing.
