When you can't take it anymore...

...don't just get mad, get even. Justin didn't think this was hard enough last time, so we've added another exercise to the rotation.

"Project Vengeance" - 21, 15, 9 Rep Rounds for Time:
DB Thrusters - 25# DBs
Bench Press - 135#
Box Jumps - 24" Box
Burpees

Results:

Well, got in trouble again today. Halfway through our workout, just after I finished the second round of box jumps, a gym attendant came an dismantled our aerobic steps + flat bench 'box'. Assembling a new box got me all confused and I re-did the 15 reps at the new height after just completing them at the old height.

We went from 28" jumps to 18" jumps, so we did double the reps on the 18" 'box' to compensate on the remaining rounds.

I'm still ticked off.
