Eye catching?

There's nothing overly complicated/unusual about this workout. It just happened to be the first one I saw when flipping through the spreadsheet (same page as yesterday's "Popeye").

21-15-9 Rep rounds For Time:
  • Deadlift - 225 lbs
  • Push Press - 135 lbs

Extra Credit: Max reps in 1 minute of Double-unders

Results:
  • Laura - 8:19, 95# DL (135# last rd), 65# PP + 47 DUs
  • Seth - 9:22, as Rx'd + 86 DUs

Tried to pay extra close attention to form on the push-press. gimpy shoulder performed admirably today. Took 2+ min off of my last time.

Had to practically lie down behind Laura's car today as I was a bit late arriving and she was preparing to leave w/o working out.

Yeah, I was trying to use "running errands" as an excuse to not workout by myself. I am glad that I worked out though.
