10,9,8 - 14:50 as rx'd assuming a sideways bench and my feet hooked under the jeep is a suitable sub for GHDs. first time i've ever done them. i don't care for them very much. ha!
I sure count that as a suitable substitute, after all, I need to justify that I used a sideways bench with my feet hooked under a dumbbell rack today.
