Amateurs?

We're going with the "Off-Season Amateur" workout from CFFB today.

Strict Pull Ups 3 x max reps (3 min rest)

Then

10 rounds for time of:
  • 3 Deadlifts - 315 lbs
  • 5 Clapping Push Ups
  • 7 GHD Sit Ups

Results:

Starting that one at nearly 2x bodyweight was stupid. The dumbbells and the 225lb barbell were too little weight, but I wanted to get through with the workout instead of dicking around with the barbell. Anyway, it sucked. Go infidels!

Also, mad props to James for getting in a workout in the hotel room. It's hard to make yourself do it when you're alone and on the road, for sure.
