Et tu, Brute?

Side-notes for this one in the spreadsheet suggest that an "AMRAP in 20" form would be more fun. Oh, what the hell, let's find out.

"AMRAP Brutus" - 5 Rounds For Time AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 15 Double-Unders Tuck Jumps

Results:
  • Seth - 9 Rounds, as Rx'd
  • Jason - 10 rounds in 18:08

Took about 7:40 or so for the first 5 rounds. Big fall-off after that, especially on the HSPU. Seems maybe the fact that we've done some other push-up-centric workouts already this week had an effect. Eh, probably not.

10 rounds in 18:08 then quit because of this.

it showed up in round 8 but i kept on until i decided i'd better stop before it got really painful. luckily it only burns a little when i wash it.
