pretty sure the majority of my reps were actually push press rather than push jerk. formFAIL. that might also explain why it was murder on my wrists...
That was really, really tough. Wish we'd had use of some power racks to avoid having to clean the weight before the push-jerks.
Guess that just made it more 'fun'.
