been doing 2-a-day WODs this week.

workout 1 today is:

30 muscle-ups for time

after all the cleans, sdlhps and dls i've done this week my p-chain is WRECKED. sooo looking forward to my rest day tomorrow!!

Justin and I are getting a bit behind on the workouts, so rather than post something new, we just went with Jason's poOpeye.

Can't say I cared for the modification, as it definitely upped the difficulty.
