well....

i'm a little under the weather so i thought i'd do some strength work. that didn't work out so i did a sprint afterwards...

10 reps 135# barbell from floor to overhead any way you want
10 burpees

RESULTS
Jason - 135, 155, 175 (2). 9:33 for the "sprint"
