Bunch of meetings for work today, so we'll be doing a routine with a set time limit.
AMRAP - 20 Minutes:
10 Hang Squat Cleans - 135#
25 Wall-ball shots - 20# ball (sub 20# DB thrusters)
RESULTS
Jason - 3 Rds + 6 HSC, used 2x50# DBs for HSCs
Justin - 3 Rds, DNF due to sore back
Seth - 5 Rds

3 rounds + 6 HSCs. could only manage 2x50# DBs though.
That was just a mean combination of exercises. My legs hate me, now.
Had a hard time hanging onto the slick/sweaty bar for the HSCs in the later rounds. Finished 5th round with ~20 seconds to spare, but no will to do face the HSC by then.
Yeah, I totally pussed out on this one. My lower back was taking a hammering from all the work, plus the catching the weight at the end of the HSC. Not sure what the deal was today, but it was beating me down.
