"Filthy Fifties" - For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (35# DB)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps (25 each leg)
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (20# DB Thrusters)
50 Burpees
50 Double-Unders
Results:
Seth - 31:32
Jason - 40:56
Shane - 58 min, 40 reps on Jumping pull-ups, knees-to-elbows
James - alternate workout, see comments.

I had to go early today so I just redid a WOD from December 11th.
7 rounds for time:
7 Pull-Ups
15 GHD Sit-ups
7 Bar Dips
15 Ab-rolls (from the knees)
7 Push-Ups
27:15
I did this one in 23 minutes last time! I may have miscounted and did only 6 last time, or maybe lost count and did 8 today. Grrr, I'll just have to do this beast again soon to find out which one...
FORTY:FIFTY-SIX. that was just crazy. i'm amazed how some days i can go into a workout ready to bust my butt and give it all i have...and other days i feel like i bonk as soon as i step into the garage. unfortunately, today was one of the latter types...
