Two girls, one bucket

This something of a combination of two girl-named workouts: Fran & Diane. It doesn't have an official name, but it sure was tough last time.

"Friane" - 3 Rounds for Time:
15 Deadlift - 225#
15 Handstand Push-ups
15 Pull-Ups
15 Thrusters - 95#

Let's hope we don't need the bucket.

Results:
Jason - 27:50 + ~2 minutes injury time-out (~30 min total)
Jennifer - 19:52, sub 65# DL, decline push-ups, jumping pull-ups, 30# thrusters
James - 22:55, sub 135# DL, HSPU w/ toes hooked on smith machine, unladen squats for thrusters
Seth - 24:01

27:50 + about 2 minutes to wrap some athletic tape around two calluses that were spectacularly ripped off during my second round of pullups = ~30 minutes.

This was the first time that I've put some heavy weight on my knee, albeit limited weight since it was dead lifting as opposed to a weighted squat or something. The knee feels fine so far, so we'll see.

Oh, and I nailed my first muscle up today...*finger snap* Booyakashah!
