For sake of variety

The CrossFit main page suggested either Cindy or Mary for today. Since we've done Cindy more recently, we'll go with

"Mary"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
Results:
  • Seth - 9 rounds + 6 pull-ups
  • Jennifer - 7 rounds + 2 pull-ups, sub decline push-ups, air squats, jumping pull-ups
  • Melanie - 7 rounds + squats, sub decline push-ups, air squats, jumping pull-ups
  • Abby - 6 rounds, sub knee push-ups, 2 x air squats, jumping pull-ups
  • Jason - 6 2/3 rounds, some pistols-to-bench
  • Justin - alternate workout, see comments

back from the dead and 6 pounds lighter! finally trying to ease back into it after a nice weeklong battle with some kind of nasty virus that destroyed me all last week.

6 2/3 rounds. sub'd a mixture of pistols to bench and some shallow, ugly regular ones.

-Handstand Push-ups
-95lb squat cleans
-Ring dips
-75lb Swings
-Push-ups

Was gonna do rope climbs, too, but my rope sucks. This proved to be enough.
