Set aside some time,

because this could take a while. We've managed to dodge this workout for quite some time. Guess our luck ran out.

"Eva" - 5 Rounds for time:
  • 800 meter run
  • 30 Kettlebell swing - 2 pood (70# DB)
  • 30 Pull-ups

Results:
  • Melanie - DNF, 1 Round in 12:10, sub 40# DB swings, jumping pull-ups
  • James - DNF, 3 Rounds in 40:48
  • Justin - 55:28
  • Seth - 47:46
  • Melanie (3/6) - 53:36, sub 40# DB swings, jumping pull-ups

5 rounds my ass. Maybe with 55# DBs. Maybe. This workout was on a completely different level.

Melanie wasn't satisfied with her DNF last week. She came back today for redemption.
