I did a scaled version of Freddy's Revenge from 1/15/09. The Rx WOD is:
5 rounds for time of
- 5 Push Jerk 185#
- 10 Burpees

I scaled the PJ weight to 135# and finished in 10:26. I don't know if I've breathed that heavy since starting. What a beast.

I hope you guys enjoyed yourselves today. It looks like a tough one.

Nice job on that workout James. It's a tough one.

My back and hamstrings were already tight from the heavy deadlifts yesterday, so those good mornings were not fun. I used grip failure as my excuse for breaking up the sets of HSCs. I should push through next time.
