Subbing SDLHPs

We are still without access to rowing machines, so we will suffer through with the Sumo-Deadlift-High-Pull substitution.

  • 21 Push Press - 115 lbs

  • 18 Push Press - 115 lbs
  • Row 500M (50 SDLHP - 45 lbs)

  • Row 500M (50 SDLHP - 45 lbs)
  • 12 Push Press - 115 lbs

Results
  • Abby - 20:20, sub 20# SDLHP, 30# PP
  • Seth - 19:53, sub SDLHP
  • Jason - ~27 min, sub SDLHP, 95# PP after the first round
  • Justin - 17:17 as rx.

I did a quick workout at home after returning from my trip. It wasn't that difficult; it was really just an excuse play on the rings.

5 rounds for time:
5 ring dips
5 burpees
5 L pullups on rings
15 squats

12:26, then I ran about 3/4 mile pushing 2 bebe's in a running stroller.

scaled PP to 95# after the first round and still managed only ~27 mins. hi, my name is captain lazy mcfatback...and i'm out of shape.

Picked this one up late. I missed it first go-round, but figured I'd make it up since it's a rower workout and I'm at home today.
