Besting the Villain

I'm a bit nervous about the return of Popeye's nemesis:

"Bluto" - 5 Rounds For Time:
  • 7 Squat Cleans - 135#
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups

Results:
  • Abby - 16:55, 30# Cleans, knee push-ups
  • Seth - 20:35
  • Jason - 27:55, sub 115# Cleans
  • Jennifer - 14:39, sub 2x15 DB Cleans, decline push-ups

did some heavy DLs this morning...no PR but it's been awhile since i've done 'em so that's ok.

27:55 for bluto. scaled back to 115# SCs. those HSPUs were ridiculous!

I think I could have done alot better, had I been in a better mood. I'll bring my "A" game tomorrow!!

I tried to post yesterday but it wouldn't let me. I did this @ the acxiom gym. People were looking at me strangely--feels just like old times. :)

Anyway, I used 2 15s for the cleans. My legs are hurting bad today!

Took me 14:39.

I am going to do Friday's workout on Monday I think--I am skipping today!
