Bluto?

This workout looks a bit similar to Popeye, so we'll be calling this one Bluto after Popeye's classic nemesis.

"Bluto" - 5 Rounds For Time:
7 Squat Cleans - 135#
15 Handstand Push-ups

RESULTS
Seth - 21:45
Justin - 23:30
Jason - 29:45, sub 2x65# DBs for Squat Cleans

Dude, yeah. The squat cleans put a huge drain on the energy. Most of the HSPU were in sets of 1-2.

I wish I had suggested Friday when you mentioned this on Wednesday. I just didn't feel like doing more cleans tonight. Partially because of all the hang cleans from Tuesday and I'm heading out of town tomorrow and really needed to pack.

I ended up work out (of sorts). I think I would call it a medely.

Weighted pull ups 1-1-1-1-1:
40-50-60-70-80

Then... I just rotated between sets of 10 ring dips, pull ups, HSPUs, and ring push ups for about 12 minutes. I continued doing sets up push-ups with my feet on the ground chair or bed as I packed.

Not an intense work-out but probably will help keep my muscles ready for some more fun next week.
