D to the N to the F

CFHQ suggested the same workout I had in mind for today. Too bad my legs disagreed.

Back Squats - 5,5,5,5,5

Results:
Seth - 295, 305, 305(4), DNF

Knew after the struggle w/ the first set at 305 that a second set was unlikely, but I stubbornly left the weight on the bar. Barely got the 4th rep and decided to rack the weights. Called the DNF.
Then did some HSPU, pull-ups and Double-unders as penance.

at least he didn't slightly injure himself like i did last weekend doing some back squats. guess the only weight i'll be gaining for now is FATNESS. but what else is new...guess i need to go to walmart and buy some HGH and/or monistat.

well i went with the vagisil.

i'm trying to do some strength/weight gain type stuff and messing around with different crap. today i did this light number. light because my legs still suck.

back squat - 4x6 @ 175#
front squat - 4x6 @ 125#
hack squat - 4x6 @ 165# (not sure about that exercise)
deadlift - 4x6 @ 235#
calf raises - 3x10 @ 125#

then 3x10 KTEs and 35# mills

it's hotter than justin (almost) in my garage.
