No comments?

It's been a long time since we've done this one; I sure wish someone had left comments about how it went.

"080717" - AMRAP in 20 minutes:
  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 12 Ring Dips
  • 9 Push-press - 115 lbs

Results:
  • James - alternate workout, see comments
  • Seth - 6 Rds + 11 push-ups, as Rx'd
  • Jennifer - 6 Rounds, sub knee-push-ups, bench dips, 40# PP
  • Todd - 5 Rds + 7 dips, sub bar dips (assisted after 2nd rnd), 85# PP 2 rds, 65# PP remainder

I did a modified mainsite workout today

For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

HSPUs are still a bit much for my shoulder, so I subbed 1x1 regular push-ups. And I did a lot of swings yesterday, so I subbed walking lunges, 50 per leg or 100 total. I quit at ~18:30 after doing 37 burpees. It wasn't pretty.

I did that one a couple of months ago, added link in results section. Ending w/ 70 Burpees was pretty tough mentally as well as physically.

The first round was fairly simple, but got rough after that. That second set of push-ups was surprisingly hard, and ring-dips were mostly singles by 3rd round.
