Itching to go

I was stuck at home for a while this morning with a sick/sleepy kid. Should probably skip the gym to make up for it. Nah, but maybe this one will be quick?

I could not seem to push the intensity today. The workout yesterday, basketball last night and the late start may all have contributed.
I figured this would be quicker than it was. Forgot how bad I suck at ring dips these days.
