Spread 'em

As there is still a lack of access to rowing machines, most will be assuming the sumo stance today.

  • 50 Push-Ups
  • 50 Sit-Ups
  • 50 Double-Unders

Results:
  • Seth - 24:23, SDLHP
  • James - 35:58, SDLHP, 400M run for DUs

Was dreading the SDLHP, but the push-ups and sit-ups were actually the slower parts today.
Did get tripped up once in second round, but double-unders were unbroken otherwise.

oh yeah, I subbed 400m runs for the double unders. I think that may have been a bit much of a sub...maybe I'll do 200m runs for the DUs next time.
