"Renegade Rows" - 5 Rounds For Time:
10 L-Pull-Ups
20 DB Hang Squat Cleans - 2x35# DBs
30 Renegade Row Push-Ups - 2x35# DBs
40 Sit-Ups
For Renegade Row PUs: one pushup + one arm row = 1 rep. Alternate arms every rep.
Results:
Seth - 43:49
Shiloh - 3 rounds in 25:54

Following the sit-ups with the L-Pull-Ups in rounds 2-5 was just brutal. That was a really tough workout. Three rounds would have been sufficient, but as that's not what was posted . . .

I knew before I started that I might only do 3 rounds and I hated to wuss out, but 3 is all my elbows needed. I was holding a pretty steady 8:40 pace and finished 3 in
25:54
It's easy now to wish I had just finished two more rounds.
