Low Intensity – Day 2…

Keeping it dialed back still this week. I threw this one together:


 

5 rounds for time of

  • 5 x Deadlift @ 1 ½ BW (did 225lbs)
  • 10 x Press @ ½ BW (did 95lbs)
  • Pull-ups
