Triple Cindy

Straight off the HQ main site.

Triple Cindy:
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
15 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
45 Squats

Results:
Seth: 5 rounds
Shiloh: 5 + 2/3 rounds

Push-ups are definitely a weakness of mine, and it showed on this workout. It takes a lot of sets to get to 30 reps when you're only able to manage a few reps at a time.
Had to really push through the squats to finish the fifth round in time. Finished last round of push-ups at about the 19 minute mark.
Came very close to puking afterwards.
