3 Rounds, 3 minute rest b/t each round
30 Sit-Ups
25 Parallette Push-Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings - 2 pood / 70# DB
15 Pull-Ups
10 Deadlift - Body weight
50 Squats
Results:
Seth - 6:05, 7:43, 9:36 - 195# DLs
Shiloh - 7:14, 7:49, 8:10 - 185# DLs

Not sure what Parallette Push-Ups are, but I subbed ring push ups and held them as if I was holding onto parallel bars.
185 lb DL (I was 176 lb this morning, but was 185 recently)
