Of Questionable Origin

I'm not sure where this routine originated, but it sure looks like it will make for a very tough twenty minutes.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes:
10 Burpees
20 Sit-Ups
10 Clapping Push-Ups
20 Squats

Results
Melanie - 5 rds, sub knee push-ups
Seth - 6 rds + burpees, sit-ups, 3 clapping push-ups
Jason - 6 rds

6 rounds. had enough time left to probably get the burpees done in the 7th, but my legs had already left the building and i just couldn't get up. they did NOT agree with the squats to burpees combo.

Yep, following the squats with burpees was painful, especially in the later rounds.
I did not particularly enjoy that one.

I did this one on Sunday.

6 rounds in 18 min then did
10 pull ups
10 ring dips
10 pull ups
10 ring dips
10 pull ups
10 ring push ups
10 pull ups
10 ring push ups
5 Pull ups
10 ring push ups

I my ankle wasn't quite ready for those burpees; its more swollen today than yesterday
