This one's going to take some creative clockwork. :-p
8 tabata intervals (20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest) of each of the following.
- DB thrusters
- Pull-ups
- Box Jumps
- Sit-ups
- Squats
Rest one minute between exercises. Keep track of total reps performed for all intervals of all exercises. Self-select DB weight.

That took some will power. I was HATING that damn interval timer for much of the workout. How it managed to speed through the 10 second rest cycle in what seemed like 2 seconds is beyond me. That beep to start the work set again ... don't get me started.
Note to self: Box Jumps after Thrusters are dangerous (wobbly legs)
