Long-winded

The morning discussions at work included some long-winded participants. Picked this WOD while at the gym.

21-15-9 Rep rounds for Time:
  • Box Jumps
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Lunges x each leg
  • Knees to Elbows
  • Run 400M

RESULTS:
  • Seth - 17:18
  • Melanie - 20:48, sub step-ups, decline push-ups
  • James - 21:22, runs on elliptical
