I did an alternate WOD at 10 Fitness with a guy that's trying to get into Crossfit. I got it from the beginner WODs from this blog. It's called "Noodle Arms" Beginner's Remix

3 rounds for time of:

Run 400m (.25m)
10 push ups
20 pullups
10 pushups
30 squats
10 pushups
30 situps
10 pushups

23:40

I actually doubled the reps from the prescried WOD. It was tougher than I thought, and it didn't help that my pullups were drastically slowed down from yesterday's monster-of-a-workout.

James: We last did "Noodle Arms" on 4/29/08. I recall the name being appropriated with all the push-ups:

That was a pretty good time given the additional reps on the other exercises you did.
