New creation

James decided to try his hand at creating the workout today. Introducing:

"The Vitruvian" - 5 Rounds For Time:
  • 10 Burpulls
  • 20 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Bar Dips
  • 20 GHD situps
  • 10 DB Swings, 55#

Results:
  • James - 30:20, sub ab-rolls from knees for GHD sit-ups

This one was a butt kicker. Alternate name could be sweat angel. Or maybe sweat angel of death. **Note to future self - do not attempt this workout with a slight-to-mild hangover from the night before.**
