Ecuador Plus Ten?

Not sure where this workout came from, but the random selector seems to like it.

  • Cleans - 135 lbs
  • 10+Reps Burpees

So 20,19,18...11 of DU,Burpees,Box Jumps

Results:
Seth - 51:30, No 10+ on Burpees after first round

We've done enough of the 10,9,...1 rep workouts that I see it and know there will 55 reps per exercise. I started doing the math on the 10+ during the first round of Burpees and realized it added 100 reps over the 10 rounds. No way I was doing 155 burpees today.

That was crazy hard. Even w/ the scaling on burpees, it was one of the worst I can remember.
