be sedentary. I don't expect to be walking quite right after this anyways.

5 Rounds for Time:
  • 10 Deadlifts - 185 lbs
  • 20 Squats
  • 30 Walking Lunge Steps (15 per leg)
  • 40 Sit-Ups

RESULTS:
  • Seth - 16:58, as Rx'd
  • Todd - 17:20, 2 1/2 Rds, sub 95# DL

The squats were a killer lead-in to the lunges. My legs are all noodley now.
