I officially have a love/hate relationship with the L-Pull-up. Those things leave my abs aching which, coupled with the stitch in my side from the running, made for a tough workout today.
I’ll leave it to Justin to explain the unusually large discrepancy in the results:
Justin: 24:15
Seth: 20:25
The discrepancy is because Seth is some kind of freak genetic experiment where they crossed a Kenyan with a pogo-stick, and he totally owns me at running and box jumps.
I just did shitty today, plain and simple.
Nice! Well I guess that is one possible explanation. I have to admit that I do like these types of workouts, at least partially because I actually feel halfway competent at them.
I've been really pleased with the level of friendly competition, as the results have consistently been a virtual tie.
Man, I hate to miss a workout today, but if I have to, then this would be a good day. The week's workouts and the 1 1/2 hour full-court basketball last night have left me a bit sore all over.
Can't wait to see what kind of torturous routine we can come up with for Friday.
