Well my knee had its chance to act right and be cool, but it blew it. So I had to come up with an alternate workout again. And just as before, when my knee is being a royal pain in the ass, my abs step in as the whipping boy.

15 GHD Sit-ups
7 Ring Dips
15 Ab-rolls (from the knees)
7 Push-Ups
Oh, and it took me 22:13. And I did 1:1 bar dips instead of 3:1. 147 dips in a day is not realistic for me just yet.

Did we miss one thing? I sure would have expected to to 7 reps of 7 exercises 7 times.
Nice times lately Seth!
I sure wasn't wishing for a seventh exercise, but I'd had the same thought.
The times improved for everybody since last time we did this.
Jason took 10 minutes off last time, and that can't all be attributed to 2-1 vs 1-1 bar dip substitution.
