Long legs were a definite advantage today.
It turned out to be a blessing that my GHD station was ransacked after round two. I had my hands full completing this unassuming workout as prescribed.
I think I did 3x more lunges than Seth!! Yuck
15:10. several shallow lunges in the mix...and i think pukey was chasing me with that bowl of popcorn i ate earlier today. 2nd official workout in the fivefingers...i'm diggin em for sure.
