So many singles

Today we'll be attempting three weighted squat variations. Give Maximum Effort in finding your one rep maximum. Rest as needed between efforts.

  • Overhead Squats 1-1-1-1-1 reps
  • Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
  • Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

I did an alternate workout today - a variation of 7 up yours from December 11. The only sub I did was 14 walking lunges (7each leg) for the dips because there isn't really a dip station at 10Fitness. I finished in 23:09. I was fully able to do the Thrusters, which was awesome, since two months ago my knees were in such bad shape that I couldn't even do air squats. Hope the singles went well.

Missed the 170lb OHS trying to push-press it up into position. Not used to doing heavy PP with a snatch grip from behind the neck. :-p
