Ouch! That was beyond brutal. Just the 5 burpees every minute were killing me after a few rounds. Finding the will power & energy for the thursters was quite difficult.
First 2 rounds: 19 thrusters
Next 31 thrusters took 12 more rounds. Quite a dropoff.
Yeah, that was another one of those "on a different level" workouts.
First 2 rounds: 17 thrusters
Next 23 thrusters took 14 more rounds...mainly because, at the end, I was only doing thrusters on every other minute.
